We are currently hiring Pega BAs to join one of our largest client but more importantly join our Cognizant Pega practice. If you have experience working as a BA on a Pega project or a keen interest in learning Pega- We would love to hear from you.
What can I expect in this role:
Work closely with business stakeholder and end-users to understand and document business challenges, pain points and requirements.
Maintain requirement backlog and keep it prioritised by working closely with business stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements in tools like JIRA, Pega Agile Studio in use-case or user story format.
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
Identify innovative ways to address business challenges and identify solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between business and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
What do I need to be successful?
- Proven experience working on large scale project as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge of Pega is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Business Process Modelling (Microsoft Visio is a plus)
- Knowledge of JIRA, writing user stories, use-cases
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience of working in Agile projects.
