Job Summary
As a Systems Engineer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service desk support and desktop support in a hybrid work model. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing system performance and enhancing user experience aligning with our companys mission to deliver exceptional IT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive service desk support to address user inquiries and technical issues promptly and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop support challenges to ensure optimal system functionality and user satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to maintain high standards of service delivery
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures to ensure consistency and reliability
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of software and hardware to support business operations
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity
- Provide training and guidance to users on best practices for utilizing IT resources effectively
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies to support evolving business needs
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and optimize service delivery
- Ensure timely communication and updates to stakeholders regarding system changes and enhancements
- Contribute to the development of IT strategies that align with organizational goals and drive innovation. Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in service desk operations and desktop support methodologies
- Possess strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders professionally
- Have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and system management principles
- Show expertise in remote support tools and techniques to assist users in a hybrid work environment
- Display familiarity with security protocols and data protection measures
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
Certifications Required
- CompTIA A+ ITIL Foundation Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
