Job Summary
As a Lead Developer you will be instrumental in driving the development and implementation of Ignition Full Stack solutions. With a focus on innovation and efficiency you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable processes. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing financial operations and improving overall business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Ignition Full Stack applications to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of Ignition solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless functionality and data flow.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements within Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable domains.
- Implement best practices in software development to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to industry standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software applications ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance system capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all technical implementations.
- Facilitate training sessions to upskill team members and promote knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Ignition Full Stack development demonstrating a strong technical acumen.
- Have a solid understanding of Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable processes with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Exhibit proficiency in finance and accounting principles contributing to effective system integration.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Show strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
- Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
- Preferably have experience in a hybrid work model showcasing adaptability and flexibility.
- Be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that drive business success and customer satisfaction.
