Responsibilities : - Develop and implement solutions using Workday Financial Management and Workday HCM to streamline business operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design system enhancements - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday applications to ensure optimal performance - Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for system improvements - Conduct testing and validation of Workday configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance - Maintain documentation of system processes and configurations for future reference - Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance user experience - Ensure data integrity and security within Workday applications through regular audits and checks - Assist in the integration of Workday systems with other enterprise applications to facilitate seamless data flow - Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities to leverage them for business advantage - Train and support end-users in utilizing Workday systems effectively to maximize productivity - Participate in project planning and execution to deliver solutions within timelines and budget - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback for continuous improvement Qualifications - - Possess a strong understanding of Workday Financial Management and Workday HCM systems - Demonstrate proficiency in system configuration and customization to meet business needs - Have experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Workday applications - Show ability to collaborate with teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Exhibit knowledge of data security and integrity practices within enterprise systems - Display familiarity with integration processes between Workday and other applications - Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field - Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Workday systems implementation and support - Show willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies - Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and develop solutions - Possess excellent documentation skills for maintaining system records and user guides - Exhibit ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Display commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet organizational goals. 9.
