Job title: Team Lead – US Banking Check/ Item Processing Implementation
About the role
As a SME/Team Lead/Manager - US Banking Check/ Item Processing Implementation,, you will make an impact by delivering implementation solutions across card and payments processing environments with a focus on US banking. You will be a valued member of the Cards & Payments team and work collaboratively with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
In this role, you will
· Lead and execute implementation activities across cards and payments solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives
- Manage end-to-end implementation of item and image processing across merchant, mobile, teller, and ATM capture channels
- Drive solutioning for Image Cash Letter processing, including duplicate detection configuration and exception handling
- Collaborate with clients during US business hours to gather requirements, deliver training, and support go-live and stabilization phases
- Analyze data, identify risks or patterns, and proactively resolve issues while managing escalations and stakeholder communication

What you need to have to be considered
· 5-15 years of experience in US banking cards and payments domain
- Strong knowledge of item and image processing, including merchant and mobile distributed capture workflows
- Experience with Image Cash Letter processing and duplicate detection configuration and management
- Understanding of deposit lifecycle, settlement, balancing, and exception handling across distributed capture platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
These will help you stand out
· Familiarity with banking ERP, check clearing, and remittance processing environments
- Knowledge of print and mail processing fundamentals, composition, and output tooling
- Experience with file intake, data validation, and print floor or insertion processing capabilities
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Oracle
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
