Job Summary
The Systems Engineer role focuses on providing technical support and solutions for end-user tools including Nexthink Windows and networking. This position requires 2 to 4 years of experience in desktop support within a hybrid remote work model. The candidate will ensure seamless operations and contribute to enhancing user experience. This role is for location -Mexico-Santiago and Mexico-Monterrey
Responsibilities

- Provide Install Move Add Change lMAC Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.
- Where required provide support for the Manufacturing Shop-Floor handhelds laptops and scanner devices.
- Perform data collection preservation activities as they relate to migrations and or eDiscovery.
- Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image aka eCore
Job Qualifications
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good Analytic Troubleshooting Skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating System.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business application.
- Good Customer Support Skills.
- Minimum 2 years desk side support services.
- Basic knowledge of networks telecom and compute storage.
- Basic knowledge of mobile device support.
Provide technical support for end-user tools ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Nexthink Windows and networking to maintain system integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to implement solutions that enhance desktop support services.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to prevent disruptions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of software updates and patches.
- Conduct regular audits of systems to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Offer guidance and training to users on best practices for utilizing end-user tools effectively.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems to optimize functionality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure security protocols are followed to protect sensitive information and maintain data privacy.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving support services and user experience.
- Provide feedback to management on system performance and user satisfaction for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in Nexthink Windows and networking essential for effective system support.
- Demonstrate proficiency in desktop support with a focus on remote troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with users and team members effectively.
- Have a keen attention to detail to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Show adaptability to work in a hybrid remote environment ensuring consistent support delivery.
- Display a proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving existing systems.
- Hold a relevant certification in Windows or networking to validate technical expertise.
Certifications Required
- CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals
