Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sr Process Executive for our IOA team specializing in Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and will work from home during day shifts. This role involves managing customer interactions ensuring high-quality service delivery and contributing to the companys customer satisfaction goals. Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive service records.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and innovation.
- Implement process improvements to streamline customer service operations and increase efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Monitor service metrics to ensure compliance with performance targets and quality standards.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance team capabilities.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving customer service outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.
- Ensure all customer interactions are conducted in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in customer service to effectively address and resolve inquiries.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Exhibit problem-solving abilities to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Show the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
