Job Summary
This role requires an experienced Test Lead with 8 to 10 years of expertise in MES Validation and Manual Testing specifically POMSnet. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts ensuring quality and efficiency in testing processes while contributing to the companys operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning design and execution of MES validation and manual testing activities to ensure system functionality and compliance.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed test plans test cases and test scripts tailored to POMSnet systems.
- Provide expertise in identifying documenting and resolving defects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements during the validation process.
- Monitor and report testing progress providing actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement best practices for MES validation and manual testing to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct root cause analysis for issues identified during testing and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the integration and testing of MES systems such as Rockwell and Werum leveraging domain expertise.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team understanding of MES systems and testing methodologies.
- Ensure seamless communication with project teams to align testing activities with overall project goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Drive innovation in testing approaches to optimize processes and improve system reliability. Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in MES validation and manual testing with hands-on experience in POMSnet systems.
- Demonstrate familiarity with MES systems such as Rockwell and Werum showcasing domain knowledge.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex testing challenges effectively.
- Showcase proficiency in creating detailed test plans cases and scripts for comprehensive testing coverage.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Have a proven track record of ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Certifications Required
ISTQB Certification or equivalent in Software Testing MES-specific certifications are a plus.
