Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience in React Js AWS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and mySQL .. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions using React Js AWS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and mySQL to meet business requirements and enhance system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize software applications that align with the Cards and Payments domain standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise in analyzing user requirements translating them into technical specifications and delivering solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Ensure the security reliability and scalability of software systems by implementing best practices and adhering to industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to identify and resolve issues ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality consistency and adherence to established coding guidelines.
  • Optimize database performance and manage data integrity using SQL and mySQL ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval processes.
  • Utilize AWS services to deploy manage and monitor applications in a cloud environment ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in software development particularly in the Cards and Payments domain to continuously improve processes and solutions.
  • Document technical designs processes and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain comprehensive project records.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
  • Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office collaboration to ensure productivity and effective communication. Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in React Js AWS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and mySQL showcasing hands-on experience in developing robust software solutions.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the Cards and Payments domain including industry standards compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges to deliver effective solutions.
  • Showcase strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
  • Demonstrate experience in optimizing database performance and managing data integrity using SQL and mySQL.
  • Highlight expertise in deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment using AWS services.
