SAP_HR-Consultant - M level
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer with expertise in SAP HCM modules and domain knowledge in payroll processing. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing developing and optimizing HR solutions ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SAP HCM solutions including ERecruitment Compensation and HR Master OM and PA to meet organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with HR processes and objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in payroll processing ensuring accurate and efficient handling of employee compensation and benefits.
- Optimize existing SAP HCM functionalities to improve system performance and user experience.
- Design and execute test plans to validate system functionality and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP HCM modules minimizing downtime and ensuring system reliability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Train and mentor junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure data integrity and security within SAP HCM systems adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that address HR challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and implement updates or enhancements to maintain optimal functionality.
- Provide regular updates to management on project progress challenges and outcomes ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices. Qualifications
- Possess a strong technical background in SAP HCM modules including ERecruitment Compensation and HR Master OM and PA.
- Demonstrate expertise in payroll processing with a deep understanding of its integration within SAP HCM systems.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Showcase effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Have a proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining SAP HCM solutions in a hybrid work model.
- Display strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Bring a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a maximum of 12 years in SAP HCM and payroll processing.
- Exhibit proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Show commitment to staying updated with industry trends and advancements in SAP HCM technologies.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and implementing system enhancements for improved efficiency.
- Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively.
