Job Summary
As a Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of projects ensuring robust data privacy measures and efficient database management. You will leverage your expertise in OneTrust Data Privacy Foundation InformaticaDPM RegEx SQL and Rest API to enhance system functionality and support business objectives. Your contributions will be instrumental in advancing the companys mission and positively impacting society
Responsibilities
- Experience in Data Mapping & Processing Records - Vendor shall implement CPRA-aligned data mapping at an asset level to document Processing purposes Data categories Source-to-destination flows (including APIs and integrations (up to 2 integration flows)) Vendor relationships and Risk triggers for PIA
- Lead the design and implementation of data privacy solutions using OneTrust and data privacy to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee the development and optimization of database systems ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Provide expertise in RegEx to enhance data processing and validation capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Rest API solutions improving system interoperability.
- Drive innovation by applying technical skills to solve complex problems in Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Ensure seamless hybrid work model operations by coordinating with team members effectively.
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts for data manipulation and reporting supporting business intelligence efforts.
- Implement best practices for data security and privacy safeguarding sensitive information.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Facilitate technical discussions and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Support project management efforts by providing technical insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing system capabilities that benefit clients and society. Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in Data Privacy Foundation ensuring compliance and security.
- Demonstrate proficiency in RegEx for efficient data processing and validation.
- Have extensive knowledge of Database and SQL for robust data management.
- Show expertise in Rest API integration for seamless system communication.
- Experience in OneTrust is mandatory for effective data privacy solutions.
- Domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance is a nice to have for industry-specific insights.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model coordinating effectively with remote and onsite teams.
- Demonstrate expertise in data privacy foundation showcasing a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance strategies.
- Exhibit proficiency in RegEx for analyzing and processing complex data patterns effectively.
- Possess advanced knowledge of database management and SQL for efficient data handling and retrieval.
- Show experience in Rest API integration and utilization for seamless system communication.
- Have hands-on experience with OneTrust solutions for data privacy and governance.
- Display familiarity with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain understanding its unique technical and business requirements.
