Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Architect where you will leverage your expertise in Power BI Python SQL and a good grip on Fabric to design and implement robust data models. Collaborate in a hybrid work environment to drive impactful insights and solutions for our organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable data models to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
  • Python is Mandatory
  • Good to have Fabric Knowledge.
  • Design and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing thorough validation and testing of reports and models.
  • Utilize MS Excel for advanced data analysis and visualization to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage and maintain databases ensuring optimal performance and reliability for reporting purposes.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract transform and load data efficiently.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members in the use of Power BI and related tools.
  • Conduct regular performance tuning and troubleshooting to enhance system efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data modeling and business intelligence tools.
  • Work in a hybrid model to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity across remote and on-site teams.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data reporting and visualization.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and tools. Qualifications
  • Possess strong expertise in Power BI Report Builder MS Power BI and MS Excel for data visualization and reporting.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in database management and SQL for efficient data extraction and manipulation.
  • Have a solid understanding of data models and their application in business intelligence solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment while maintaining productivity.
  • Display effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bring a minimum of 12 years of experience in relevant technical and domain skills with a maximum of 16 years.
  • Showcase adaptability to learn and implement new tools and technologies as required.
  • Demonstrate commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Possess a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges in data reporting and modeling.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Have a passion for leveraging data to drive impactful business decisions and societal benefits.
  • Maintain a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in business intelligence practices.
