Responsibilities : - Utilize Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization and Demand Planning tools to design and implement effective supply chain solutions tailored to retail industry needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans that align with business objectives. - Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Develop and execute demand forecasting models using Kinaxis Fundamentals to ensure accurate predictions and inventory optimization. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales planning and execution strategies based on data-driven analysis. - Conduct workshops and training sessions for teams to ensure effective utilization of Kinaxis tools and methodologies. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet predefined KPIs and business goals. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Kinaxis solutions into existing systems and workflows. - Prepare detailed documentation for processes solutions and best practices to maintain knowledge continuity. - Support hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks and collaboration in both remote and in-office environments. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while implementing solutions. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Kinaxis tools to address any operational challenges. - Drive innovation by staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in supply chain management and retail planning. Qualifications - - Demonstrate expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization and Demand Planning with hands-on experience in implementation and support. - Showcase strong knowledge of Kinaxis Fundamentals to design and execute effective forecasting and planning models. - Exhibit deep understanding of retail planning supply chain management and sales planning & execution processes. - Possess excellent analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions. - Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Highlight ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and manage tasks efficiently. - Show proficiency in documenting processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and continuity. 9.
