Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Acquia Cloud Site Factory Acquia Sitestudio Drupal Symphony 2 JavaScript CSS HTML and PHP. Domain experience in Regulatory Compliance or Finance & Accounting is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Drupal Symphony 2 and Acquia Cloud Site Factory to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Utilize Acquia Sitestudio to create and manage scalable and efficient websites for various projects.
  • Write clean efficient and maintainable code using JavaScript CSS HTML and PHP to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless operation of web applications and platforms.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and testing to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development to continuously improve processes and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in all development activities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Optimize website performance and scalability to meet the demands of a growing user base.
  • Document technical processes and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering impactful solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Acquia Cloud Site Factory Acquia Sitestudio Drupal Symphony 2 JavaScript CSS HTML and PHP.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a solid understanding of web development best practices and standards.
  • Show familiarity with domain knowledge in Regulatory Compliance or Finance & Accounting which is a nice-to-have skill.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Possess a strong commitment to delivering solutions that align with organizational goals and societal impact.
  • Exhibit a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in web development processes.
  • Showcase the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve project objectives.
