Job Summary
This role involves designing and implementing advanced SAP solutions for retention management archiving and information lifecycle management within the manufacturing and health & safety domains. The candidate will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless integration and optimization of SAP systems to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP solutions for retention management ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and optimize SAP Archiving processes to improve data management and system performance.
- Implement SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) strategies to ensure efficient data governance and retention policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with business needs in Health & Safety and Production Planning & Control for industrial manufacturing.
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support end-users in understanding and utilizing SAP systems effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in SAP technologies to recommend innovative solutions for business challenges.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with existing IT infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP implementations.
- Oversee the testing and validation of SAP solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business expectations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of SAP projects within scope and budget. Qualifications
- Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Retention Management SAP Archiving and SAP ILM.
- Demonstrate expertise in Health & Safety (EHS) and Production Planning & Control within the industrial manufacturing domain.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex SAP system challenges.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Show proficiency in developing and implementing SAP solutions that align with business objectives.
- Display a commitment to staying updated on SAP advancements and industry best practices.
Certifications Required
SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP ILM SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration.
