Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Functional Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP TM modules including Analytics Subcontracting & Tendering Freight Cost Management & Settlement and Transportation Planning. A strong background in Production Planning & Control for Industrial Manufacturing and Health & Safety (EHS) is mandatory. The role offers a hybrid work model with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize SAP TM solutions tailored to business needs.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP TM configurations ensuring seamless integration with other modules.
- Provide expertise in SAP TM-Analytics to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage SAP TM-Subcontracting & Tendering processes to streamline vendor interactions and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee SAP TM-Freight Cost Management & Settlement to ensure accurate cost tracking and timely settlements.
- Develop and execute SAP TM-Transportation Planning strategies to optimize logistics and enhance supply chain performance.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (EHS) standards while implementing SAP solutions in industrial manufacturing environments.
- Conduct system testing troubleshooting and performance tuning to maintain high system reliability and user satisfaction.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption of SAP TM functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Document system configurations processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP TM developments and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site collaboration to meet project goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in SAP TM modules including Analytics Subcontracting & Tendering Freight Cost Management & Settlement and Transportation Planning.
- Demonstrate mandatory domain knowledge in Production Planning & Control for Industrial Manufacturing and Health & Safety (EHS).
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Have a good understanding of Industrial Manufacturing processes which is a plus.
- Showcase strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Bring a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system and process inefficiencies.
