About the role
As a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer, you will make an impact by designing and delivering advanced, real-time customer engagement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) technologies. You will be a valued member of the delivery team, working closely with architects, data teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable, high-performing customer journey solutions.
In this role, you will:
· Lead the design and development of real-time, cross-channel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Translate complex business and marketing requirements into scalable and secure AEP solutions
- Architect and implement AEP components including XDM schemas, datasets, profiles, and identity frameworks
- Design and manage event-triggered and segment-based journeys, including logic for re-entry, throttling, and versioning
- Enable seamless orchestration across channels such as email, push, SMS, in-app, and web

What you need to have to be considered
· 6+ years of experience in marketing technology, Adobe ecosystem, or enterprise application development
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Platform, including data modelling (XDM), identity resolution, and real-time customer profiles
- Experience integrating systems using REST or SOAP APIs
- Solid SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data environments
These will help you stand out
· Experience with AEP Real-Time CDP and Customer Journey Analytics
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and customer data platforms
- Experience troubleshooting journey execution and platform issues using logs and monitoring tools
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $115,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
