Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to drive innovative solutions in SAP Cloud ALM SAP Focused Run and SAP Solution Manager. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Order to Cash Order Management and Finance & Accounting working in a hybrid model during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust SAP Cloud ALM solutions to optimize system performance and streamline operations.
  • Develop and maintain SAP Focused Run configurations to ensure proactive monitoring and seamless system management.
  • Provide expertise in SAP Solution Manager to enhance system lifecycle management and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with business requirements in Order to Cash and Order Management domains.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP systems ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Oversee integration of SAP solutions with existing financial and accounting systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on SAP functionalities and best practices.
  • Develop detailed documentation for SAP configurations processes and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable SAP solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies in all SAP implementations and operations.
  • Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging SAP technologies and recommending their adoption where applicable.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP Cloud ALM SAP Focused Run and SAP Solution Manager with hands-on experience.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Order to Cash and Order Management processes ensuring seamless integration with SAP systems.
  • Showcase advanced understanding of Finance & Accounting principles and their application within SAP environments.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges effectively.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP solutions within specified timelines.
  • Show ability to adapt to a hybrid work model and manage day shift responsibilities effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in documenting technical processes and providing clear guidance to stakeholders.
  • Possess a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on SAP advancements.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Showcase ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks while ensuring alignment with team goals.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a focus on delivering solutions that enhance business outcomes.
