Job Summary

This role focuses on policy servicing within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain requiring proficiency in MS Office tools. The candidate will handle night shifts in a work-from-office model ensuring efficient policy management and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Process and manage policy servicing tasks with accuracy and efficiency ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create update and maintain policy-related documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address policy-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing their policy servicing needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance policies and procedures to ensure accurate servicing.
  • Ensure all policy servicing activities are completed within designated timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and clarify policy-related information.
  • Monitor and track policy servicing metrics to ensure adherence to performance standards.
  • Support the team in implementing new processes or tools to enhance policy servicing efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve technical and domain knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing insights and best practices for policy servicing.
  • Uphold the companys commitment to delivering high-quality services that positively impact clients and society. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint to perform policy servicing tasks effectively.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to interpret policy data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.
  • Show familiarity with Property & Casualty Insurance domain concepts as a nice-to-have skill to enhance understanding of policy servicing processes.
  • Display attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy documentation and servicing activities.
  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently during night shifts.


Certifications Required

Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Property & Casualty Insurance Certification (preferred)
