The candidate will be responsible for finance and accounts team to drive process improvement initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. |
| Key Responsibilities: |
| Utilize AI, Automation & Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyze, and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer experience. |
| Oversee the development and execution of strategic plans for process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes. |
| Collaborate with ops teams to drive continuous improvement efforts. |
| Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. |
| Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. |
| Qualifications: |
| Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is required. |
| Proven experience in managing teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. |
| Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives. |
| Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. |
| Proficiency in using process improvement tools and software, such as Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and other relevant methodologies. |
| Preferred Skills: |
| Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. |
| Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. |
