Responsibilities
- -Design cloud infrastructure blueprints using infrastructure as code to deliver secure scalable and resilient environments that align with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory expectations.
- -Implement and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Jenkins and related CI CD tooling to accelerate software delivery while reducing manual errors and deployment risks.
- -Develop robust Terraform configurations to provision manage and version cloud resources consistently across multiple environments such as development staging and production.
- -Create and enhance PowerShell and Python scripts to automate operational tasks configuration management and routine maintenance for Windows based and cross platform workloads.
- -Apply Agile methodologies to plan prioritize and deliver cloud platform enhancements through iterative sprints promoting transparency predictable delivery and continuous stakeholder feedback.
- -Utilize ITIL aligned service management practices to manage incidents problems and changes ensuring high availability controlled releases and stable cloud services.
- -Collaborate with application development security and operations teams to design cloud solutions that balance performance cost efficiency and compliance with organizational policies.
- -Monitor cloud environments using standardized observability tools to detect anomalies optimize resource utilization and proactively address capacity and performance issues.
- -Perform root cause analysis for complex cloud and deployment issues and implement lasting corrective actions that prevent recurrence and strengthen platform reliability.
- -Document cloud architectures deployment processes and operational runbooks in clear and accessible formats to support knowledge sharing and consistent execution across global teams.
- -Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute environment upgrades migrations and optimizations with minimal downtime and clear communication of risks and outcomes.
- -Drive continuous improvement of CI CD pipelines and infrastructure automation by evaluating new tools refining workflows and introducing best practices that improve delivery metrics.
- -Ensure that security governance and compliance controls are embedded into cloud designs deployments and automation scripts thereby protecting data and supporting responsible innovation.
- -Qualifications -Bring eight to twelve years of progressive experience in cloud engineering or platform operations with a strong track record of delivering stable and scalable environments for enterprise applications.
- -Demonstrate advanced hands on proficiency with Agile methodologies using techniques such as backlog refinement sprint planning and retrospectives to coordinate work across multidisciplinary teams.
- -Exhibit practical experience applying ITIL based processes for incident problem and change management to maintain service continuity and auditable operational practices.
- -Show deep expertise in Jenkins configuration job orchestration and integration with version control and artifact repositories to support end to end CI CD workflows.
- -Display strong command of Terraform for writing reusable modules managing state and implementing policy controls that enforce standardized infrastructure patterns.
- -Provide solid scripting capabilities in PowerShell for Windows administration and automation alongside Python for cross platform tooling data processing and integration tasks.
- -Possess comprehensive knowledge of Windows server administration including configuration hardening patching and troubleshooting within cloud or hybrid environments.
- -Operate effectively in a hybrid work model leveraging collaboration platforms to coordinate with distributed teams while maintaining productivity during on site and remote workdays.
- -Illustrate strong communication and documentation skills to explain complex cloud concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders supporting informed decisions and shared understanding.
