Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Review and validate digital map data against defined quality standards to ensure accurate representation of roads landmarks and points of interest for end users in multiple regions including Indonesia.
- Analyze mapping issues reported by customers or internal teams and document clear resolution notes in English to support transparent tracking and continuous improvement of map quality.
- Update map attributes such as names categories and geographic coordinates using internal tools while maintaining strict adherence to data integrity and usability guidelines.
- Communicate findings and clarifications in English with cross functional teams to resolve data conflicts and align on consistent mapping rules that enhance platform reliability.
- Investigate ambiguous or incomplete location information using approved research sources and convert insights into structured map data that improves search and navigation outcomes.
- Perform routine quality checks on completed map edits to confirm correct application of specifications and identify patterns that may indicate systemic data quality issues.
- Document recurring data issues and propose practical enhancements to mapping workflows rules or reference materials to reduce rework and prevent similar problems in the future.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize tasks based on impact to customer experience ensuring that critical map errors are addressed quickly and effectively.
- Utilize Bahasa Indonesian language skills to interpret local place names address formats and contextual nuances that are essential for high quality map coverage in Indonesian regions.
- Apply clear written English communication when updating tickets creating summaries and sharing insights so that global partners can easily understand the context and impact of map changes.
- Adhere to day shift schedules and work from office requirements to support consistent collaboration access to secure tools and timely completion of assigned mapping tasks.
- Follow established data security and privacy guidelines while handling map related information to protect user trust and uphold company compliance policies.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting accuracy and productivity targets directly supporting the company mission to make location information more accessible and reliable for society.
Qualifications
- Use strong spoken and written English skills to interact with colleagues understand mapping guidelines and document outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
- Apply native level Bahasa Indonesian comprehension including reading and writing to interpret local geographic references address conventions and place names accurately.
- Demonstrate basic customer support awareness by understanding how map accuracy influences user satisfaction and service quality even without direct customer interaction.
- Show readiness to work from office during day shifts with consistent punctuality and focus supporting stable operations and dependable team collaboration.
- Display eagerness to learn mapping tools geographic concepts and internal processes with openness to feedback and continuous skill development.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail problem solving mindset and ability to follow structured guidelines which are essential for reliable entry level performance in digital mapping.
Certifications Required
Language proficiency certification in Bahasa Indonesian & English. Equivalent local language proficiency test.
