About the role
As a Senior Manager, Technical Full Stack Educator, you will make an impact by independently designing and delivering complex, high-stakes technical learning programs across entry-level talent, Cognizant associates and leading capability development across the educator ecosystem. You will be a valued member of the Corporate Learning & Development team and work collaboratively with the in-house Full Stack Educator ecosystem.
In this role, you will
- Own full-cycle of technical learning programs from curriculum architecture to independent training delivery, including advanced capstone projects and enterprise-grade simulations across all proficiency levels
- Mentor and coach Full Stack Educators and Teaching Assistants through facilitation reviews, quality audits and feedback sessions, serving as the quality benchmark for the ecosystem
- Lead curriculum design and content quality for key technology stacks, ensuring materials are current, industry-relevant and deployment-ready
- Champion AI integration across learning programs by identifying opportunities to scale technical facilitation, assessment and personalization using AI tools
- Develop and maintain hands-on competency across Cognizant products and platforms, partnering with product owners to design and deliver platform-specific training
Work model

Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring five days a week in a Cognizant office in Chennai, Siruseri, Tamil Nadu.

What you need to have to be considered
- 13 to 17 years of experience in technical education, engineering or advanced facilitation roles
- Full stack hands-on proficiency in at least two of these programming languages (like Java, .NET, C#, Python, Mainframe) across frontend, backend, database, cloud, DevOps and testing
- Proven experience delivering complex technical trainings independently with strong executive presence
- Curriculum architecture and advanced technical program design capability with a consulting orientation
- Primary face of learning excellence for flagship programs with strong capability to engage and influence senior audiences
- Willingness to travel across Cognizant locations based on training needs
