As a Business Intelligence, Business Analysis & WFM Team Lead, you will make an impact by driving data culture, advanced analytics, and workforce optimization through AI-powered insights and strategic leadership. You will be a valued member of the Data, Analytics & Operations team, working closely with global stakeholders, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners.
In this role, you will:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of BI/BA Specialists and WFM Analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and data excellence
Oversee Workforce Management operations, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time management to ensure SLA adherence
Define and execute the strategy for AI, automation, and predictive analytics to enhance both business insights and operational efficiency
Translate complex data into executive-level presentations, delivering actionable insights to C-level stakeholders and global partners
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and HR to align workforce planning with financial targets and business growth objectives

What you need to have to be considered
Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese, with experience supporting global stakeholders
Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring teams in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Operations, or Workforce Management environments
Strong knowledge of Workforce Management concepts, including forecasting models (Erlang), shrinkage, utilization, occupancy, and scheduling
Experience implementing AI tools, automation, or LLM-based solutions to optimize data workflows and team productivity
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with experience delivering insights to senior leadership
Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments
These will help you stand out
Experience with WFM platforms such as Verint, NICE InContact, Genesys, or Teleopti, along with CRM tools like Salesforce or Google CRM
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics and forecasting models
Understanding of data warehousing (BigQuery, Snowflake) and ETL/ELT processes for effective collaboration with Data Engineering teams
Certifications such as COPC, Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, or relevant analytics/digital certifications
Advanced experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, including data modeling capabilities
