Job summary
CBC Consultant role focused on designing and customizing 3 GIS web and mobile applications for telecom or utility networks in a hybrid work model using extensive experience to deliver scalable configurations ensure data integrity and enable field and office teams to collaborate efficiently while aligning solutions with enterprise standards and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure 3 GIS web solutions to support complex network planning workflows that align with enterprise standards and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain 3 GIS customization components for web clients that enhance usability and provide intuitive experiences for network engineering teams
- Build and optimize 3 GIS mobile customizations that enable field technicians to capture accurate network data and synchronize updates with core systems in near real time
- Configure map services layers and symbology in 3 GIS platforms to present clear network visualizations that support decision making and impact assessment
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for CBC processes and translate them into practical 3 GIS configurations and customization stories
- Create technical design documents for 3 GIS customizations that describe data flows integration points and configuration choices to support long term maintainability
- Implement quality checks and validation rules within 3 GIS applications to reduce data errors and improve the reliability of network asset records
- Collaborate with integration teams to connect 3 GIS solutions with upstream and downstream systems including inventory planning and work management platforms
- Monitor performance of customized 3 GIS web and mobile solutions to identify issues and implement optimizations that improve responsiveness and user satisfaction
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production incidents related to 3 GIS customizations ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption
- Prepare configuration guides and user facing documentation that help teams adopt new 3 GIS features and follow standardized CBC practices
- Train cross functional users on customized 3 GIS capabilities so they can execute network design and field updates accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all 3 GIS configurations comply with organizational security and governance policies while supporting scalable growth of network data assets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing usage patterns of 3 GIS solutions and proposing enhancements that support organizational strategy and customer benefits
Qualifications
- Apply deep experience in 3 GIS web customization to design robust components that adhere to modern web architecture and enterprise guidelines
- Use proven skills in 3 GIS customization to build extensible modules that can be adapted for diverse CBC use cases across different business units
- Leverage practical knowledge of 3 GIS mobile customization to support offline workflows data capture standards and synchronization strategies for field personnel
- Utilize strong understanding of GIS concepts spatial data models and network asset management to design configurations that maintain high data quality
- Bring familiarity with scripting or configuration driven automation in GIS environments to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual errors
- Demonstrate experience in working on hybrid delivery models where collaboration tools and structured communication methods are used for distributed teams
- Apply analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate CBC requirements identify gaps in existing 3 GIS solutions and recommend feasible enhancements
- Use prior exposure to telecom or utility domains to contextualize network design rules asset hierarchies and operational constraints within 3 GIS configurations
- Exhibit experience in documenting solutions writing configuration standards and maintaining knowledge repositories to support ongoing operations and onboarding
Certifications Required
Esri Technical Certification or GISP or equivalent GIS platform certification relevant to 3 GIS implementations
