Job summary

This hybrid Sr Business Analyst role focuses on delivering impactful business outcomes through expert use of PRISM and CRM fundamentals translating complex requirements into scalable solutions that optimize processes and enhance customer engagement while collaborating closely with cross functional teams to support strategic initiatives across the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end analysis for initiatives that rely on PRISM and CRM data to translate business objectives into clear and actionable solution requirements that drive measurable value for the organization.
  • Drive detailed requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders to capture current state pain points and desired outcomes while ensuring alignment with PRISM capabilities and CRM fundamentals.
  • Document and maintain high quality business requirement artifacts including process flows user stories and acceptance criteria that are easily understood by both technical teams and non technical partners.
  • Collaborate with product owners and development teams to refine backlogs and prioritize PRISM and CRM enhancements based on business impact feasibility and dependencies.
  • Perform deep dive analysis on customer and operational data sourced from PRISM and CRM platforms to identify trends root causes and opportunities for optimization.
  • Partner with quality assurance teams to define comprehensive test scenarios and validate that delivered features align with business requirements and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing by preparing test cases guiding business users through execution and consolidating feedback into structured defect and enhancement logs.
  • Develop clear concise and data backed recommendations that help stakeholders make informed decisions about process improvements and system changes.
  • Create and deliver training materials and business facing documentation to support smooth adoption of new PRISM and CRM functionalities by end users.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to track post implementation performance metrics ensuring that solutions meet targeted business outcomes and service level expectations.
  • Engage in ongoing process review cycles to refine the business analysis and A and P work model ensuring continuous improvement in requirements quality and delivery efficiency.
  • Support governance and compliance needs by ensuring that business processes mapped in PRISM and CRM adhere to internal policies and industry standards where applicable.
  • Communicate status risks and issues in a timely and structured manner to stakeholders enabling proactive decision making and course correction when needed.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate advanced hands on experience with PRISM including interpreting data structures reports and dashboards to support analytical activities and solution design.
  • Apply strong knowledge of CRM fundamentals to design and refine customer facing and internal workflows that enhance engagement satisfaction and retention.
  • Bring at least six years of experience as a business analyst with exposure to complex cross functional initiatives in a large or multinational organization.
  • Exhibit proficiency in requirements engineering techniques such as process modeling user story creation and use case definition using modern analysis tools.
  • Display strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to work with large data sets and convert insights into practical recommendations.
  • Show effective communication and facilitation skills that enable collaboration with stakeholders across business technology and operations in a hybrid work environment.
  • Utilize familiarity with Agile and traditional delivery methods to adapt analysis practices to the preferred work model of each project.


Certifications Required

Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification preferred.
