Job Summary

Serve as a senior developer in a hybrid work model specializing in product installation validation and Camstar MES across automated and manual practices. Apply 8 to 10 years of experience to validate MES integrations at levels L2 L3 and L4 while supporting manufacturing and supply chain focused solutions that improve operational quality and reliability for global clients.


Responsibilities

  • Drive comprehensive test strategy design for Camstar MES implementations to ensure reliable product installation and end to end validation across multiple manufacturing environments.
  • Develop detailed test plans and test cases that cover MES Val automated testing and MES Val manual testing to ensure robust coverage of functional and integration requirements.
  • Execute automated test suites for MES Val scenarios to validate complex workflows and ensure consistent results in hybrid on site and remote settings.
  • Perform meticulous manual testing for MES enhancements and defect fixes to identify functional gaps and usability issues before production deployment.
  • Coordinate end to end MES L2 L3 and L4 integration testing to verify stable data exchange between shop floor systems enterprise applications and higher level business systems.
  • Analyze test results and defects with a structured approach to identify root causes and propose practical corrective actions that enhance solution quality and stability.
  • Collaborate with developers product engineers and implementation teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment of testing scope with manufacturing execution objectives.
  • Document test evidence test summary reports and traceability matrices to provide clear audit ready records for regulatory and quality assurance needs.
  • Support user acceptance testing by preparing realistic test scenarios training materials and guidance for operational and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Advise on optimization of product installation procedures and validation scripts to reduce cycle time and support repeatable deployments across multiple sites.
  • Mentor junior test analysts by sharing best practices for MES validation structured test design and efficient defect reporting to uplift overall team capability.
  • Engage with business analysts and domain experts in manufacturing and supply chain to translate operational requirements into testable scenarios and measurable outcomes.
  • Continuously improve test automation frameworks and regression test coverage to accelerate release cycles while maintaining high quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Require strong experience in product installation and Camstar MES validation using both automated tools and manual techniques across complex implementations.
  • Require proven background in MES L2 L3 and L4 integration testing including validation of interfaces with shop floor systems and enterprise resource planning platforms.
  • Require 8 to 10 years of hands on software testing experience with a focus on manufacturing execution systems and enterprise scale applications.
  • Require practical skills in test design execution defect management and reporting using industry standard test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Prefer prior exposure to manufacturing processes and supply chain operations enabling practical understanding of production workflows and material movements.
  • Prefer experience working in hybrid work models where collaboration and communication across distributed teams are essential for successful delivery.
  • Prefer familiarity with continuous integration and continuous testing practices that support frequent releases and stable MES environments.
  • Prefer strong analytical and communication skills to explain complex test findings to technical and non technical partners and support informed decision making.
