We are looking for Veeva Vault Promo Mats Developer/Lead
Experience range – 6-9 years
Location – Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai
Role Summary
The Veeva Vault PromoMats Developer/Lead is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing promotional content review and approval processes within the Veeva Vault platform, with a strong focus on PromoMats. The role supports end‑to‑end MLR (Medical‑Legal‑Regulatory) workflows, ensures regulatory compliance, and enables efficient content lifecycle management for global commercial and medical teams in a regulated life sciences environment
Key Responsibilities
Veeva Vault PromoMats Configuration & Development
· Configure and maintain Veeva Vault PromoMats, including document types, lifecycles, workflows, metadata models, templates, and UI layouts
· Design and optimize MLR review workflows (parallel and sequential approvals, escalations, and rework cycles) to support global promotional content governance
· Manage end‑to‑end promotional content lifecycle: creation, review, approval, distribution, expiration, and archival
Integration & Cross‑System Enablement (where applicable)
· Support integrations between PromoMats and downstream channels such as Veeva CRM, CLM, Approved Email, DAM, and external systems
· Assist with configuration migrations across environments (sandbox, QA, production) and support release management activities
Technical Skills
· Strong hands‑on knowledge of:
o Vault objects, metadata, document types
o Lifecycles and workflows
o Roles, permissions, and security model
· Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) concepts and content reuse patterns
· Working knowledge of Vault integrations, APIs, or Java SDK is a plus (role‑dependent)
