About the Role
The Senior Consultant Manager – Salesforce & Process Optimization will lead end‑to‑end Salesforce‑enabled transformation initiatives, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable solutions, optimize operational workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role blends deep Salesforce expertise with strong process‑consulting capabilities to modernize enterprise operations and elevate customer, patient, and employee experiences.
In this role you will:
- Lead Salesforce transformation engagements, including discovery, solution design, and delivery across multi-cloud environments
- Assess current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state workflows using Lean and automation frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Operations, IT, Compliance) to drive alignment and scalable adoption
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including user stories, process maps, and solution architecture
- Facilitate workshops, executive briefings, and stakeholder alignment sessions

What you need to have to be considered:
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, solution design, multi-cloud delivery)
- Strong process consulting expertise, including workflow analysis and operational redesign
- Proven experience leading discovery sessions and facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Revenue Cloud)
- Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills
These will help you stand out:
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Consultant-level)
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies
- Experience in change management, user adoption, or operating model design
Salary and other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $98,853 - $158,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, subject to applicable plan terms.
