Job summary
Drive end to end delivery and optimization of Oracle Retail Planning Cloud and Oracle RMS solutions as a Geospatial Manager MAP in a hybrid work model focusing on planning accuracy system reliability and user adoption across global retail operations while ensuring high quality testing robust controls and measurable business value for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead integrated design and implementation of Oracle Retail Planning Cloud capabilities that optimize merchandise planning accuracy and support data driven decisions across complex retail networks.Oversee configuration and tuning of Oracle RMS and related Oracle Retail applications to ensure consistent product location and inventory data that improves planning precision and reduces stock imbalances.Coordinate closely with business planners and merchandising experts to translate planning strategies into Oracle Retail system workflows that improve forecast quality and assortment effectiveness.Provide expert guidance on Oracle Retail Cloud features and roadmap so teams can adopt modern capabilities that increase system scalability and operational resilience.Execute comprehensive Oracle Retail Suite Testing strategies that validate functional coverage integration stability and performance standards across planning and merchandising processes.Drive systematic defect triage and resolution with technical and business teams so production issues are minimized and root causes are addressed in a sustainable manner.Develop detailed solution documentation process maps and user guidance that make planning and merchandising workflows easier to understand and maintain across distributed teams.Partner with retail operations supply chain and finance peers to align Oracle Retail Planning configurations with enterprise objectives for margin service level and inventory productivity.Perform data validation and reconciliation activities across Oracle RMS planning solutions and analytical platforms to safeguard the reliability of key planning and allocation metrics.Guide continuous improvement initiatives that use insights from Oracle Retail reporting and testing outcomes to refine planning rules parameter settings and automation opportunities.Manage hybrid work collaboration practices that ensure onsite and remote team members remain aligned on priorities delivery timelines and quality expectations for all Oracle Retail enhancements.Support change management activities with training sessions and adoption metrics so end users gain confidence in Oracle Retail Planning Cloud functions and use them consistently.Ensure compliance with corporate controls audit requirements and data privacy standards when configuring Oracle Retail Cloud environments and handling production data.
Qualifications
Exhibit deep experience in Oracle Retail Planning Cloud configuration and deployment across multiple large scale retail implementations covering complex product and location hierarchies.Demonstrate strong practical exposure to Oracle RMS and broader Oracle Retail applications that enables effective resolution of functional gaps and system usage challenges.Apply hands on skills in Oracle Retail Suite Testing including test planning case design execution and outcomes analysis for functional integration and regression cycles.Show proven capability in Oracle Retail Cloud solution lifecycle management including environment management release coordination and collaboration with vendor support teams.Leverage analytical and problem solving strengths to interpret planning data identify systemic issues and propose targeted changes that enhance forecast accuracy and inventory health.Communicate effectively with cross functional business stakeholders and technical staff to explain solution options tradeoffs and expected benefits in clear nontechnical language.Utilize experience from at least eleven years in Oracle Retail centric roles to mentor teams uphold delivery quality and ensure that complex planning requirements are met reliably.
Certifications Required
Oracle Retail Implementation Specialist or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification relevant to Oracle Retail solutions
