Solutioning lead role for NA Intelligence deals - AI&ML , Agentic, Gen-AI architecture and solutioning
Role responsibilities:
State the primary job duties and responsibilities. This will give the applicant an idea of what they will be measured against during performance evaluations, among other insights of the role.
1. Partner with account and sales teams to understand client requirements and develop customized AIML & GenAI solutions that address their business objectives
2. Engage with existing and prospective clients to present AIML based technical solutions and platform/product demonstrations
3. Lead the technical response to AIML and GenAI related RFPs/RFIs and present the technical solution in customer orals (both In-Person/Virtual)
4. Architect and design advanced analytical applications such as Forecasting, Prediction, Segmentation, Optimization, Computer Vision, Speech, and Text Analytics leveraging appropriate AIML tools & technologies across major cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP)
5. Design GenAI based solution to augment existing AIML applications and build new capabilities to address customer problems (First Party, Third Party and Open Source LLMs)
6. Act as the primary technical PoC for customers to implement "Responsible AI" practices across the organization
7. Stay up to date with latest industry trends/emerging technologies in AI and provide thought leadership to senior management and CxO teams
8. Provide technical advisory & guidance to customer, pre-sales, and delivery teams on AIML/GenAI platforms and solutions
Minimum required qualifications
State the minimum required qualifications to successfully perform the job.
These are must have qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position. For example: experience, education, specialized knowledge, skills, technical requirements, etc.
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present complex AIML concepts to technical and executive audience (leveraging PPTs, Demos and Whiteboard)
2. Deep expertise in designing AIML and GenAI solutions on at least 1 major cloud platform (Azure, AWS and GCP)
3. Strong expertise in handling large and complex RFPs/RFIs and collaborating with multiple service lines & platform vendors in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong relationship building skills and ability to provide technical advisory and guidance
5. Minimum 10 years’ experience as Solution Architect designing and developing AIML applications
6. Minimum 2-year hands-on experience in building Agentic, GenAI applications leveraging Large Language models
7. Minimum 5 years’ experience as Solution Architect in pre-sales team driving the sales process from a technical solution standpoint
8. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field
We are looking for people who have a strong background in building Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applications to join our Pre-Sales team as "AIML/GenAI Solutions Lead" to help customers build advanced analytical capabilities to transform their business operations.
This team will be working with Banking, Financial and Insurance customers providing technical advisory on AI platforms/Governance/Technical solutions and responding to RFPs/RFIs from customers to deliver AIML/GenAI solutions/services across major cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
