About the role
The Oracle ERP Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant will support Oracle Fusion Financials modules and drive end-to-end implementation and support activities. This includes configuration, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live (hyper-care) support. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring seamless integration between business processes and Oracle Fusion applications to optimize financial operations and procurement workflows. The consultant will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
In this role you will
- Provide functional and technical support across Oracle Cloud Financials modules
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive and corrective fixes
- Manage configurations, FBDI data loads, and reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher
- Support quarterly Oracle SaaS patch testing and regression cycles
- Assist with period-end close activities and governance reviews
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership (TCO)
- Support integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party systems
- Drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives within ERP environments
Work Model: Remote with Milestone travel to Montpelier, VT
What you need to have to be considered
- 8–10+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementation, configuration, and customization
- Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Expenses, AHCS, and Advanced Collections
- Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and FBDI data loads
- Technical proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience supporting Oracle SaaS quarterly releases and regression testing
- Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with third-party systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
These will help you stand out
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications in one or more modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Expenses, AHCS, Advanced Collections)
- Advanced reporting expertise using OTBI and BI Publisher
- Proven experience in ERP process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
- Exposure to ITIL processes or support frameworks
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $83,250 – $112,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to plan terms.
