Job Summary

Work as a mid level developer using Net programming and C Sharp Net on cloud platforms with a focus on secure scalable and reliable applications for a global organization in a hybrid work model with day shift and no travel while collaborating closely with cross functional teams to deliver high quality features and continuous improvements for business critical systems.


Responsibilities

  • Develop cloud ready applications using Net and C Sharp Net to deliver secure scalable and maintainable solutions that support core business processes and long term product evolution.
  • Design application components and services that integrate smoothly with existing systems while improving performance reliability and observability for critical business workflows.
  • Implement clean modular and testable code by applying proven design patterns coding standards and code review practices that reduce defects and simplify future enhancements.
  • Collaborate with product owners architects and testing teams to clarify requirements refine user stories and translate business needs into robust technical designs.
  • Optimize application performance by profiling code fine tuning resource usage and improving data handling to provide a responsive experience for internal and external users.
  • Conduct unit testing integration testing and functional validation to ensure that features meet acceptance criteria and comply with internal quality benchmarks and regulatory expectations.
  • Apply secure coding practices error handling strategies and logging approaches that protect sensitive data and enable effective monitoring and incident analysis.
  • Participate in sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives to provide accurate estimates identify delivery risks and continuously refine development practices within the team.
  • Work with cloud services on AWS to configure application environments storage and connectivity in alignment with enterprise standards and cost optimization guidelines.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation covering design decisions configuration details and operational runbooks to support smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer.
  • Support production incidents by analyzing logs identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes that prevent recurrence and improve system resilience.
  • Coordinate with testing and operations teams to streamline build and deployment activities and to promote consistent delivery pipelines that shorten release cycles.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating new tools frameworks and coding techniques that enhance developer productivity and product quality.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Net and C Sharp Net development with proven experience in building multi tier applications APIs and background services for enterprise environments.
  • Exhibit solid understanding of object oriented programming principles design patterns and refactoring techniques that result in clean maintainable and extensible code.
  • Show practical experience with AWS capabilities such as compute storage and networking services used to host and operate modern distributed applications.
  • Display familiarity with relational databases and structured queries including the ability to design schemas optimize queries and manage data access layers effectively.
  • Apply experience with unit testing frameworks and mocking tools to achieve robust automated test coverage and reduce regression risk across frequent releases.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of agile delivery practices including iterative planning backlog refinement and continuous feedback loops that support predictable high quality delivery.
  • Show strong communication and collaboration skills that enable effective work in a hybrid environment with distributed team members stakeholders and partner teams.
