Job Summary
Looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst with 5–7 years of experience in security controls assessment and gap analysis. The role involves assessing controls, identifying gaps, and driving remediation efforts across applications and business processes.

In this role, you will:
· Perform control and gap assessments aligned to NIST, NIST CSF, CIS, ISO 27001, and SOC
· Evaluate controls across access management, data security, application security, SIEM, DBAM, and related domains
· Document findings, recommend remediation, and track closure
· Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs for program leadership
· Work with stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to communicate risks and requirements
· Manage assessments and workflows in ServiceNow GRC and support platform enhancements
What you need to have to be considered
· 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity related projects with a strong experience in controls assessment and security concepts
· Hands-on ServiceNow GRC experience (assessments + requirement gathering)
· Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills
· Knowledge of AI security and governance (NIST AI RMF, OWASP LLM)

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[85,000 - 100,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
