Job Summary

Sr Developer role in a global organization focusing on HANA cloud data solutions responsible for designing implementing and optimizing enterprise grade data models and pipelines. The role involves hybrid work with day shifts building scalable analytics foundations that support manufacturing and supply chain use cases and enhance business decision making.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable data models on HANA Cloud Data Lake and HANA platform that support complex analytics for enterprise manufacturing scenarios
  • Develop robust HANA SQL scripts and HANA stored procedures that optimize query performance and ensure reliable data transformations for downstream applications
  • Configure and manage SAP HANA data provisioning flows that ingest data from multiple enterprise systems into centralized analytic layers with high data quality
  • Build and maintain SAP HANA XSA based applications that expose data services and reusable components for analytics and reporting consumers across the organization
  • Optimize SAP HANA performance by analyzing execution plans tuning queries and adjusting modeling approaches to achieve predictable response times for critical workloads
  • Design and operate data orchestration workflows that coordinate batch and near real time data movements ensuring consistent and timely availability of curated datasets
  • Implement and enhance HANA data modeling artifacts such as calculation views and restricted measures that deliver trusted semantic layers for business and technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with data architects and functional experts to translate manufacturing and supply chain analytics requirements into efficient and maintainable data solutions on HANA
  • Work closely with analytics and reporting teams to validate data outputs troubleshoot issues and provide guidance on best practices for consuming curated datasets
  • Apply SAP HANA performance tuning techniques to proactively identify bottlenecks improve resource usage and maintain system stability in hybrid deployment environments
  • Integrate and manage SAP DWC Datasphere assets that extend on premise and cloud data capabilities enabling unified analytics across diverse manufacturing data sources
  • Document technical designs data flows and coding standards in a clear and comprehensive manner that supports future maintenance and knowledge sharing within the team
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance security and compliance guidelines while delivering solutions that enhance organizational insights and operational efficiency


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong hands on experience in HANA Cloud Data Lake HANA data modeling HANA SQL scripts and HANA stored procedures with a focus on performance optimized solutions
  • Exhibit practical expertise in SAP HANA data provisioning SAP HANA XSA SAP HANA performance tuning and data orchestration tools used in large scale data platforms
  • Show applied experience with SAP DWC Datasphere including integrating cloud and on premise data sources to create unified analytic models for business stakeholders
  • Apply solid understanding of manufacturing intelligence analytics and supply chain processes to design data solutions that reflect real world operational scenarios
  • Utilize advanced SQL and data engineering practices to build resilient pipelines that handle large data volumes while maintaining data quality and consistency
  • Demonstrate effective collaboration communication and problem solving abilities when working with cross functional teams in a hybrid work model focused on enterprise analytics
  • Adapt quickly to evolving data platform capabilities and continuously improve technical skills to align with organizational priorities and innovation initiatives
