Responsibilities : -Drive end to end management of technology projects using Planview PPM to ensure predictable delivery of scope schedule and quality across a hybrid work model environment. -Coordinate cross functional teams and stakeholders through Planview PPM timelines and work plans to keep project milestones aligned with organizational goals and client expectations. -Monitor project health by tracking effort progress dependencies and issues in Planview PPM to enable timely corrective actions and maintain portfolio visibility. -Manage project budgets resource allocations and baselines in Planview PPM to optimize utilization while maintaining compliance with financial guidelines and corporate standards. -Prepare and present structured status reports using data from Planview PPM to provide transparent insights into risks decisions and delivery outcomes for senior stakeholders. -Define and implement governance routines such as standups steering forums and review checkpoints to drive disciplined execution and clear accountability across all project contributors. -Identify analyze and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive planning in Planview PPM ensuring minimal impact to timelines service continuity and customer experience. -Collaborate with business and technology teams to refine scope manage change requests and align requirements so that project outcomes support strategic objectives and operational readiness. -Coordinate testing readiness release planning and post implementation reviews to confirm that delivered solutions meet acceptance criteria regulatory needs and operational support expectations. -Apply domain understanding of cards and payments where relevant to clarify requirements support integration planning and enhance alignment with industry practices and client journeys. -Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and updating Planview PPM templates workflows and reporting views to strengthen future project execution. -Support hybrid teams by organizing clear communication channels documentation practices and working agreements that enable inclusive collaboration and predictable delivery. -Ensure adherence to organizational standards for compliance security quality and documentation so that project artifacts remain audit ready and aligned with company policies. -Qualifications -Possess extensive experience in managing medium to large scale technology projects using Planview PPM including creation of roadmaps financials resource plans and detailed schedules. -Demonstrate strong proficiency in portfolio reporting within Planview PPM translating data into meaningful insights for stakeholders on capacity risks benefits and delivery performance. -Bring solid background in classical and adaptive project management practices including planning tracking risk management and stakeholder engagement in complex enterprise settings. -Show hands on experience working in hybrid or distributed team structures with proven ability to maintain coordination productivity and engagement across on site and remote contributors. -Exhibit working knowledge of cards and payments domain including transaction flows authorization settlement and compliance considerations even if experience is primarily on technology delivery side. -Display strong communication facilitation and negotiation capabilities to manage expectations clarify decisions and support alignment among diverse business and technology groups. -Apply structured problem solving skills to resolve delivery challenges identify root causes and recommend practical remediation actions within time and budget constraints. -Utilize familiarity with quality practices testing cycles and release coordination to ensure delivered solutions meet functional nonfunctional and operational readiness standards. -Maintain commitment to continuous learning and professional development by exploring new Planview PPM features project practices and industry trends relevant to cards and payments and enterprise technology. 9.
