Job Summary

This role focuses on delivering high quality digital content services for clients in the hi tech industry while working in a hybrid work model. The candidate will apply native level German language skills to create review and manage content that aligns with client guidelines. The professional will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure consistent messaging cultural accuracy and timely delivery of digital assets across platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality German language digital content for hi tech products and services by creating clear user focused copy that aligns with client brand guidelines and project timelines
  • Review and refine German content for accuracy grammar and tone while ensuring that complex technical details from the hi tech domain are communicated in a simple and engaging manner
  • Coordinate with design and product teams to align content with visual assets so that digital experiences such as webpages help articles and marketing materials are cohesive and easy to navigate
  • Execute content localization tasks from source language to German by adapting terminology examples and references to be culturally relevant for German speaking audiences in the hi tech sector
  • Analyze content performance data such as engagement metrics and user feedback to recommend improvements that enhance readability conversion and overall user satisfaction
  • Apply knowledge of hi tech products platforms and services to ensure that content reflects accurate features benefits and use cases tailored to diverse customer segments
  • Maintain and update structured content repositories and documentation to keep digital assets current version controlled and compliant with internal and client specific quality standards
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through virtual and onsite meetings under the hybrid work model to clarify requirements share progress and resolve content related issues promptly
  • Follow established content workflows and best practices to ensure consistent output for day shifts enabling predictable delivery schedules and smooth coordination with global teams
  • Support translation and interpretation needs for German speaking stakeholders by providing clear written and verbal communication during reviews demonstrations and user training sessions
  • Identify potential language or cultural risks in content early in the process and propose corrective actions that protect brand reputation and enhance trust for German speaking customers
  • Contribute to process improvement discussions by sharing insights from daily content production and quality reviews which helps the organization refine its digital content services for hi tech clients
  • Demonstrate accountability by tracking individual tasks managing priorities effectively and escalating blockers in a timely manner so that project commitments are met without the need for travel


Qualifications

  • Showcase proven experience of at least one year in digital content creation editing or localization with a focus on German language deliverables for technology driven products or services
  • Exhibit native or near native proficiency in German for reading writing and speaking along with solid working proficiency in another business language to collaborate in a multicultural environment
  • Apply understanding of hi tech industry trends such as cloud solutions software platforms connected devices or digital services to create contextually rich and accurate content
  • Utilize strong writing and editing skills to transform technical input from subject experts into user friendly documentation marketing copy or help articles tailored to digital channels
  • Demonstrate familiarity with content management systems basic productivity tools and online collaboration platforms that support hybrid work models and structured review cycles
  • Display attention to detail time management abilities and a quality focused mindset that ensures error free content delivery within agreed schedules while working standard day shifts
  • Adopt a customer centric approach by considering accessibility inclusivity and clarity in every content piece so that the organization can better serve society through trustworthy digital information


Certifications Required

German language proficiency certification such as TestDaF or Goethe Zertifikat and any recognized content writing or localization certification
