Job Summary
Drive end to end cyber security delivery for retail banking clients in a hybrid work model by coordinating teams across cloud platforms migration initiatives and governance solutions. Ensure secure delivery of projects on Confluence and Jira while aligning ServiceNow based GRC practices with banking standards. Optimize controls reduce risk and enhance customer trust in digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cyber security delivery for retail banking programs so that all initiatives align with client risk appetite regulatory expectations and internal quality standards
- Coordinate hybrid delivery teams to ensure timely execution of cyber security work items tracked in Jira and Confluence for complex banking projects
- Drive secure adoption of AWS GCP and Azure cloud services while enforcing consistent controls for identity protection data security and workload hardening in retail banking environments
- Guide application migration activities by embedding security design reviews threat assessments and control checklists into every phase of transition to cloud platforms
- Manage end to end configuration and continuous improvement of ServiceNow governance risk and compliance modules to support retail banking control frameworks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders from retail banking units to translate product features and customer journeys into practical cyber security requirements and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with architecture and engineering teams to validate that technical security designs meet agreed patterns for encryption access control logging and monitoring across all cloud environments
- Monitor security delivery metrics including defect leakage remediation timelines and control coverage to ensure consistent adherence to service level commitments and risk thresholds
- Facilitate recurring risk review forums that examine open vulnerabilities cloud misconfigurations and control gaps while driving accountable closure actions across project teams
- Align cyber security delivery with applicable retail banking regulations and internal audit expectations by maintaining traceable documentation in Confluence repositories
- Support incident and problem management workflows by ensuring that lessons from security events are converted into backlog items and preventive controls within ServiceNow and Jira
- Optimize hybrid ways of working by defining clear collaboration practices for on site and remote team members using shared digital workspaces and structured status reporting
- Contribute to broader company purpose by ensuring that secure digital banking services protect customer assets sustain trust and enable responsible innovation in financial ecosystems
Qualifications
- Demonstrate extensive experience managing cyber security delivery for retail banking products and channels with strong familiarity of typical transaction flows and fraud patterns
- Apply hands on expertise with Confluence and Jira to organize security requirements track delivery progress and maintain auditable records of design decisions and approvals
- Exhibit strong practical knowledge of AWS GCP and Azure security features including identity management logging key management and network segmentation concepts
- Bring proven experience in application migration programs where security validation test planning and cutover risk control for banking workloads have been clearly executed
- Utilize advanced proficiency with ServiceNow governance risk and compliance modules to model controls track issues and automate continuous monitoring for financial services clients
- Communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders to explain cyber security risks tradeoffs and mitigation options in the context of retail banking operations
Certifications Required
Certified Information Systems Security Professional or Certified Cloud Security Professional or equivalent cloud security certification
