- Serve as the technical developer for all ACX INOW configuration and enhancements
- Lead configuration and implementation of rate filings, product versions, and underwriting rule changes, claims and billing updates
- Provide analysis and solutioning for new features and system enhancements
- Ensure solutions align with architecture, security, and integration standards
- Own technical quality across development lifecycle
- Deep hands-on configuration within Guidewire InsuranceNow (ACX)
- Experience with:
- Claims and Billing
- Ratebook & pricing configuration
- Product model changes
- State-specific filings
- Business rules and forms configuration
- Ability to assess impacts of product changes across jurisdictions
- Partner closely with:
- Product Management & Business Analysts
- Business stakeholders
- QA & Release Management
- Architecture & Security
- Translate business requirements into technically sound configurations
- Challenge unclear requirements with confidence and clarity
- Review designs, configuration changes, and code
- Guide defect remediation strategy
- Support UAT and production readiness
- Ensure release quality and stability
- Establish and enforce unit testing standards for all relevant code changes
