Job Summary

Serve as a Test Lead with eight to twelve years of experience guiding end to end testing for Facets configurations and Oracle SQL based validations in a hybrid work model. Coordinate day shift test planning execution and defect resolution to improve payer related solutions enhance member and provider outcomes and support overall organizational quality goals.


Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive test planning for Facets plan product and benefits capabilities to ensure accurate configuration coverage across multiple functional scenarios and payer processes.
  • Oversee creation of detailed test scenarios and test cases for Facets benefit configuration by translating business requirements into clear and testable conditions that minimize gaps and rework.
  • Coordinate day to day test execution activities for Oracle SQL and Facets components by organizing workloads tracking progress and driving timely completion of assigned testing cycles.
  • Validate Facets plan product and benefit setup using Oracle SQL queries by comparing configured data with source requirements to detect inconsistencies and integration defects.
  • Perform functional and regression testing on Facets modules by focusing on member benefits product rules and claims related flows to protect system stability during releases.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and configuration specialists by clarifying requirements discussing edge cases and ensuring that test coverage reflects real world payer operations.
  • Review and refine test data strategies for Facets benefit configuration by defining reusable data sets that support complex plan designs while reducing manual test preparation effort.
  • Analyze test results and production like defects by identifying root causes proposing corrective actions and supporting continuous improvement of configuration and development practices.
  • Document test evidence execution status and defect details in the test management tool by maintaining clear and audit ready records that support quality and compliance expectations.
  • Partner with cross functional teams in the hybrid work model by using structured communication routines that keep stakeholders informed about risks issues and release readiness.
  • Contribute to estimation and test effort planning by assessing scope complexity and dependencies so that commitments are realistic and aligned with project timelines.
  • Guide and support junior testers on Facets and Oracle SQL topics by sharing knowledge reviewing work products and encouraging consistent adherence to testing standards.
  • Align testing practices with organizational quality objectives by focusing on defect prevention reliable payer services and improved experiences for members and providers.


Qualifications

  • Show eight to twelve years of progressive experience in software testing with significant exposure to health care systems and complex enterprise platforms.
  • Demonstrate strong hands on expertise in Oracle SQL by writing and optimizing queries that support data validation reconciliation and investigation of configuration defects.
  • Exhibit deep working experience with Facets plan product functionality by understanding how products plans and related attributes drive payer business rules and outcomes.
  • Apply practical knowledge of Facets benefits and benefit configuration by designing and validating intricate benefit structures accumulators and coverage rules.
  • Display familiarity with broader Facets capabilities by navigating key modules interpreting configuration dependencies and supporting end to end test flows.
  • Bring helpful domain understanding of payer operations by relating test scenarios to claims processing eligibility benefits usage and regulatory expectations.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem solving skills by breaking down complex issues recognizing patterns and selecting appropriate testing techniques.
  • Communicate clearly in verbal and written form by preparing concise test reports defect descriptions and stakeholder updates that support informed decisions.
  • Adapt effectively to a hybrid work model and day shift expectations by managing time collaborating through virtual tools and maintaining consistent delivery quality.


Certifications Required

ISTQB Foundation or equivalent testing certification preferred and any Oracle database or SQL certification is an added advantage.
