Como Consultor SAP ABAP Sênior (S/4HANA), você fará a diferença ao projetar, desenvolver e otimizar soluções ABAP que suportam processos críticos de negócio em ambientes SAP S/4HANA. Você será um membro importante do time de SAP e trabalhará de forma colaborativa com consultores funcionais, arquitetos e equipes de integração para entregar soluções escaláveis e de alta qualidade.

Nesta função, você irá:

  • Desenvolver, manter e otimizar soluções ABAP em ambientes SAP S/4HANA
  • Criar e aprimorar objetos ABAP como Reports, Enhancements, BAdIs e CDS Views
  • Desenvolver aplicações SAP Fiori (Freestyle ou Elements) com foco em usabilidade e performance
  • Analisar processos de negócio, transações standard e integrações com sistemas legados (PI/PO/CPI)
  • Implementar integrações utilizando REST, SOAP e OData
  • Executar testes unitários e de integração, garantindo qualidade e documentação técnica
  • Depurar programas standard e implementar SAP Notes

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • 4 a 7+ anos de experiência em desenvolvimento ABAP
  • Experiência sólida em SAP S/4HANA
  • Conhecimento avançado em CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Gateway e AMDP
  • Expertise em ABAP OO, Enhancements, BAdIs, BAPIs e Adobe Forms
  • Experiência com tecnologias de integração SAP (preferencialmente CPI)
  • Conhecimento de boas práticas SAP, incluindo Clean Core
  • Ensino superior completo em áreas de Tecnologia ou correlatas
  • Inglês técnico para leitura e comunicação
  • Forte capacidade analítica, resolução de problemas e trabalho em equipe

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com SAP Fiori / SAPUI5
  • Conhecimento em SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)

Senior SAP ABAP Consultant (S/4HANA)

About the role

As a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant (S/4HANA), you will make an impact by designing, developing, and optimizing ABAP solutions that support critical business processes in SAP S/4HANA environments. You will be a key member of the SAP team, collaborating closely with functional consultants, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ABAP solutions for SAP S/4HANA systems
  • Build and enhance ABAP objects such as Reports, Enhancements, BAdIs, and CDS Views
  • Develop SAP Fiori applications (Freestyle or Elements) with a focus on usability and performance
  • Analyze business processes, standard transactions, and integrations with legacy systems (PI/PO/CPI)
  • Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and OData services
  • Perform unit and integration testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables and proper documentation
  • Debug standard programs and apply SAP Notes as needed

Work model

We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on business requirements, this is a hybrid role based in São Paulo.
Working arrangements may vary depending on project and business needs.

What you need to have to be considered

  • 4–7+ years of hands-on experience in ABAP development
  • Strong experience working with SAP S/4HANA
  • Advanced knowledge of CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Gateway, and AMDP
  • Expertise in ABAP Objects (OO), Enhancements, BAdIs, BAPIs, and Adobe Forms
  • Experience with SAP integration technologies (preferably CPI)
  • Knowledge of SAP best practices, including Clean Core principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Technical English proficiency
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP Fiori / SAPUI5
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
  • SAP BTP certifications (Application Development or Integration)
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Experience with ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects
