About the Role
As a .NET Technical Lead, you will make an impact by analyzing complex business processes and translating them into scalable, cloud-native solutions built on the .NET ecosystem. You will be a valued member of our Engineering team and work collaboratively with product owners, architects, development, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver resilient, enterprise-grade applications.
In This Role, You Will
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable functional specifications and solution designs aligned with .NET (Core/Framework), SOLID principles, clean architecture, and domain-driven design (DDD).
• Lead solution design for cloud-based deployments (GCP preferred, Azure or AWS considered), applying cloud-native principles and design patterns such as CQRS, Repository, Dependency Injection, and Circuit Breaker.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver .NET Core, C#, REST API, and microservices solutions that meet reliability, performance, and security requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation including architecture diagrams, API contracts, and process flows; facilitate design walkthrough sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code; mentor team members on design principles and coding standards.
• Support incident management by diagnosing production issues and recommending sustainable fixes using resiliency patterns; collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlog items based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Ensure solutions are built with a security-first (Zero Trust) mindset and compliance requirements in mind, while evaluating and recommending emerging technologies within the .NET and cloud ecosystem.
