Responsibilities : - Drive end to end program planning for ServiceNow Order Management initiatives to ensure on time delivery of critical business capabilities that enhance order accuracy and processing efficiency - Coordinate cross functional teams including product owners business analysts architects and engineers to align program outcomes with strategic business priorities and measurable value - Monitor detailed program schedules dependencies and milestones to proactively identify risks issues and blockers that could impact successful delivery of Order Management solutions - Facilitate regular status reviews and stakeholder updates to maintain transparent communication on scope progress risks and quality for all ServiceNow Order Management workstreams - Define clear acceptance criteria and success metrics for each release of Order Management features to ensure delivered capabilities meet user expectations and compliance requirements - Collaborate with ServiceNow technical teams to refine backlog items and optimize implementation approaches that balance speed stability scalability and maintainability - Implement standardized governance practices across the program including change control risk management and decision logs to maintain traceability and consistent execution - Guide process improvement initiatives that streamline order capture fulfillment and post order support workflows using insights derived from ServiceNow data and user feedback - Coordinate user readiness activities including communication training planning and cutover support so that business teams can adopt new Order Management capabilities with minimal disruption - Track program level budgets resource allocation and vendor contributions to ensure efficient use of funding while meeting performance and quality objectives - Support incident and problem management for Order Management by prioritizing critical issues organizing cross team response and ensuring sustainable corrective actions - Collaborate with compliance and security teams to ensure that all Order Management workflows developed on ServiceNow align with regulatory standards internal controls and audit requirements - Document key program artifacts including roadmaps decisions lessons learned and outcome reports so that future enhancements build on established knowledge and successful practices -Qualifications - Demonstrate solid experience managing enterprise scale technology programs with a focus on workflow automation and order management capabilities in complex environments - Possess strong practical knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management modules including configuration coordination and integration with upstream and downstream systems - Exhibit proficiency in using program management tools for planning tracking risk management and reporting while following established organizational delivery frameworks - Bring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with diverse business and technology partners across regions and functions in a hybrid work model - Apply practical understanding of Agile and traditional delivery methods to choose appropriate practices for ServiceNow Order Management initiatives and to support incremental value delivery - Hold a relevant academic background in information technology computer science engineering business management or an equivalent field that supports complex program coordination 9.
