About the role
As a Senior Manager, Field Engagement Strategy Consultant, you will make an impact by driving field engagement strategy and supporting the development of HCP archetypes to enhance field coaching and engagement. You will be a valued member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, data science teams, and clients.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct stakeholder workshops on HCP engagement behaviors and coaching scenarios
- Define field engagement and behavioral dimensions for archetype modeling
- Analyze CRM and engagement workflows to identify persona characteristics
- Collaborate with data science teams to align business insights with persona modeling requirements
- Support development of HCP archetypes aligned to field coaching needs
- Validate archetypes and interaction scenarios with business stakeholders
- Define usage guidance for coaching and simulation scenarios
Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this position requires a hybrid arrangement with 3 days onsite presence in Thousand Oaks, CA. What you must have to be considered
- Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and facilitating engagement strategy sessions
- Strong background in field engagement, behavioral modeling, or persona development
- Proficiency in analyzing CRM and engagement workflows
- Experience collaborating with data science or analytics teams
- Ability to define and validate usage guidance for coaching and simulation scenarios

- Experience in the life sciences or healthcare consulting sector
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with HCP engagement and field coaching best practices
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing client needs

Work Authorization

Compensation
- $135,000-$158,000
- This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
