Key Responsibilities
Sr. Pen Test/Red Teaming Developer
• Tool Development: Design and develop custom security tools and automation scripts for penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Complex Engineering: Handle complex engineering challenges requiring both development expertise and security knowledge.
• Integration Development: Build integrations between security tools and enterprise systems.
Penetration Testing & Red Teaming
• Penetration Testing: Conduct comprehensive penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure.
• Red Team Operations: Participate in red team exercises to simulate real-world attack scenarios.
• Vulnerability Discovery: Identify and document security weaknesses with clear remediation guidance.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated experience in Security Engineering or Software Development with security focus.
• Development Skills: Complex engineering skills with proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Penetration Testing: Hands-on experience with penetration testing methodologies and tools.
• Red Teaming: Experience participating in red team engagements.
• Security Tools: Familiarity with Burp Suite, Metasploit, and other offensive security tools.
Soft Skills & Team Alignment
• Offensive Security Mindset: Ability to think like an attacker while building secure solutions.
• Collaborative Problem Solver: Work effectively with development and security teams.
• Strong Communicator: Document and communicate findings clearly to technical teams.
