Job Summary

This hybrid role for a senior software engineer B3 focuses on designing building and optimizing scalable enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot Angular and microservices running on cloud platforms. The role involves end to end ownership of features collaboration with cross functional teams and delivery of high quality secure code aligned with business goals in new product development initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot that meet demanding performance and reliability expectations while supporting critical business workflows in a scalable manner.
  • Develop and refine microservices that expose well structured APIs and ensure smooth communication between components so that applications remain maintainable and adaptable to evolving product needs.
  • Build rich and responsive user interfaces using Angular and modern JavaScript practices so that customers experience intuitive and accessible interactions across web platforms.
  • Optimize SQL and PL SQL or MySQL queries and schemas to improve transaction throughput and reporting performance while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Configure and utilize cloud services on GCP to deploy monitor and scale applications so that systems remain resilient cost efficient and aligned with enterprise cloud strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners architects and quality specialists to translate requirements into clear technical designs and deliver features that add measurable value for end users.
  • Conduct detailed code reviews and propose improvements to coding standards testing strategies and design patterns so that the code base remains clean secure and easy to extend.
  • Create and maintain automated unit and integration tests for services and user interfaces to ensure reliable releases and reduce production incidents over time.
  • Troubleshoot complex application issues across frontend backend database and cloud layers to minimize downtime and enhance overall platform stability for customers.
  • Document technical designs service contracts and deployment workflows in a clear and structured way so that other engineers and partner teams can onboard quickly and work efficiently.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of build pipelines and configuration practices within the hybrid work model so that teams can deliver features frequently without risking quality.
  • Contribute technical guidance to new product development initiatives in technology domains so that solutions stay innovative secure and aligned with long term business outcomes.
  • Align engineering decisions with the company purpose by prioritizing reliability security and sustainability ultimately enabling clients to deliver better services and outcomes for society.


Qualifications

  • Apply extensive hands on experience in Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture to design modular services that are straightforward to maintain and enhance.
  • Use strong proficiency in Angular TypeScript style JavaScript and web standards to create user interfaces that are responsive accessible and consistent across devices.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of SQL PL SQL and MySQL design to implement efficient schemas queries and stored procedures that support complex analytics and transactional use cases.
  • Utilize practical exposure to GCP compute storage and networking offerings to deploy and operate cloud native applications that remain secure and performant.
  • Demonstrate experience in new product development within technology focused domains to shape solutions from concept through release while balancing innovation and risk.
  • Draw on more than ten years of professional software engineering practice to solve ambiguous problems estimate effort realistically and deliver features on predictable timelines.
  • Apply familiarity with modern software development practices such as version control workflows automated testing and continuous integration to keep delivery smooth in a hybrid environment.
