Key responsibilities:
· Act as MES Werum PAS|X Service Delivery, serving as the single point of accountability for end-to-end MES operations and services.
· Handle transition, takeover, and operational readiness of MES/PAS‑X systems, ensuring documentation and knowledge continuity.
· Own incident, change, and problem management in ServiceNow (SNOW), including P1/P2 handling, RCA leadership, and corrective/preventive actions.
· Perform daily MES/PAS-X monitoring, respond to alerts, execute SOPs, and coordinate patching, maintenance, and planned/unplanned downtime.
· Drive MES upgrades, releases, backups, and DR activities, including test planning, execution, and validation evidence collection.
· Jointly manage CSV/validation documentation (URS, HDS, SDS, VP, TP, RA, DRP, VSR, TSR, retirement) and support audits and inspections.
· Prepare and maintain SLA dashboards, service reports, incident trends, and compliance metrics.
· Lead continuous service improvement, including automation opportunities, enhancement analysis, and operational optimization.
· Conduct business and technical risk assessments and develop IT service continuity and mitigation plans.
· Manage MES user and security administration, including IDM alignment, access approvals, and reporting interfaces.
· Collaborate closely with technical owners, site operations, vendors, and internal governance teams.
· Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and audit readiness at all times.
· Willing to work in rotational shifts and occasional weekend (Saturday/Sunday) support for maintenance activities, as per project requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
· Strong experience in MES Werum PAS‑X systems.
· Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow (Incident, Change, SLA management).
· Proven knowledge of GxP, validation, audit support, and CSV processes.
· Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
