Job Summary
We are looking for a PLM Transformation & Adoption Consultant to drive successful PLM implementations by aligning business processes ensuring user adoption and enabling digital transformation across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
Lead PLM transformation initiatives including process harmonization and blueprinting
Drive user adoption strategies change management and training programs
Engage business stakeholders to define requirements and value realization roadmap
Support PLM implementation teams with business context and adoption metrics
Develop communication training and onboarding materials
Monitor adoption KPIs and recommend continuous improvements
Facilitate workshops readiness assessments and governance models
14+ years in PLM consulting transformation or adoption roles
Strong understanding of PLM processes (Engineering BOM Change Quality)
Proven experience in change management and user adoption strategies
Experience working with PLM tools (3DX Windchill Teamcenter etc.)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to bridge business and IT teams effectively
Certifications Required
Certification in 3DX and PLM will be added advantage

Compensation & Benefits
$159,000 – $200,000 per year
