Responsibilities : -Lead end to end design of geospatial platforms on Azure that integrate spatial data analytics and visualization services to deliver reliable insights for global business users and partners -Drive implementation of artificial intelligence models that enrich geospatial datasets with predictive and prescriptive capabilities to support critical strategic decisions -Oversee configuration of cloud security controls on Azure to safeguard location sensitive information while aligning with enterprise security baselines and regulatory expectations -Coordinate with networking teams to optimize connectivity routing and performance for geospatial workloads so that distributed users experience consistent low latency access -Design and govern robust API based integrations that expose geospatial services securely to internal and external applications while maintaining version control and monitoring -Develop and review Java and Spring Boot based microservices that process geospatial data streams efficiently and scale to handle large volumes from multiple source systems -Guide the design of Workday Extend and Workday Tech solutions that embed geospatial context into workforce processes and reporting to improve planning and operational awareness -Configure and optimize Workday Studio integrations that move geospatially enriched workforce and asset data between Workday and external platforms in a controlled manner -Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to create intelligent assistants that help business teams explore geospatial information automate routine queries and speed up decision making -Collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders to gather geospatial requirements refine user journeys and translate them into technical designs and delivery plans -Establish monitoring logging and alerting practices for geospatial applications APIs and cloud resources to ensure high availability rapid incident response and capacity planning -Document solution architectures data flows and configuration standards clearly so that support teams can maintain geospatial platforms effectively across the hybrid work model -Mentor project team members on best practices in Azure artificial intelligence cloud security networking APIs and Workday technologies reinforcing a culture of quality and innovation -Qualifications -Require extensive experience with Azure cloud services including compute storage networking identity and platform services used to host enterprise geospatial solutions -Require strong hands on background in artificial intelligence techniques such as machine learning or natural language processing applied to large scale or complex datasets -Require proven expertise in cloud security concepts including identity management encryption network security groups and security monitoring across hybrid environments -Require deep understanding of networking fundamentals such as IP addressing routing load balancing and secure connectivity for distributed enterprise applications -Require demonstrated proficiency in designing and managing API centric architectures including REST based services authentication mechanisms and lifecycle management practices -Require practical experience with Workday Extend and Workday Tech to design build and deploy custom extensions and integrations that meet enterprise governance standards -Require hands on skill in Workday Studio to configure test and support complex integrations that connect Workday with internal and external systems reliably -Require strong programming experience in Java and Spring Boot for building scalable secure and maintainable services that integrate with geospatial and enterprise platforms -Prefer exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar tools for building AI driven assistants or workflows that improve user productivity and data discovery -Prefer experience working in hybrid work models with distributed teams using modern collaboration tools and agile delivery practices to ensure effective coordination -Prefer background in geospatial concepts spatial data formats and mapping technologies that support high value business use cases across different industries -Prefer prior involvement in large scale transformation or modernization programs where cloud platforms artificial intelligence and enterprise applications were tightly integrated 9.
