In this role you will:
- Interface with key stakeholders, including senior managers, engineering, support, and sales organizations, to define, develop, shape and refine requirements of a complex software product at the heart of the company’s business
- Drive new product feature and functionality across the organization and in partnership with HW Engineering
- Understanding of business intelligence tools and methods to measure performance
- Interfaces with customer when required
- Drive and defend the customer experience as a key deliverable for all projects
- Lead a team of Digital Product Owners to enable delivery of projects and initiatives
- Work closely with the Platform Product Management team and stakeholders to understand and fulfill the product vision and roadmap
- Be responsible for conveying market needs to your Scrum team by refining the backlog based on business value
- Be accountable for the independent delivery of value to customers and stakeholders by ensuring that the right product is defined, prioritized, and built
- Act as the custodian (caretaker) of the product roadmap and vision by helping to shape and refine them

- Communication: communicate the objectives and the priorities of a product to the development team and the other stakeholders;
- Customer focus: understand the customer requirements and expectations and define them with product functionality;
- Prioritization: determine the key elements and prioritize them according to the product’s objectives and the available resources;
- Leadership: manage the development team while working closely with the other stakeholders to meet the product's objectives.
- Be flexible: adapt quickly to the priority and market changes
Qualifications
- Possess eight to ten years of professional experience in consulting or business analysis roles with a strong focus on Insurance across policy claims or underwriting functions.
- Demonstrate hands on experience working with core insurance administration systems including configuration process design and user support responsibilities.
- Show proven ability to interpret insurance product structures rating logic coverage details and regulatory requirements translating them into precise functional specifications and business rules.
- Exhibit strong communication and facilitation skills that enable clear interaction with client stakeholders internal teams and external partners in a hybrid work environment.
- Apply structured problem solving methods and analytical skills to evaluate data points identify trends and propose practical recommendations that enhance operational and customer outcomes.
- Display familiarity with software delivery methodologies such as agile and iterative approaches contributing effectively to backlog refinement sprint ceremonies and incremental value delivery.
- Value continuous learning by staying current with industry trends in Property and Casualty Insurance digital transformation themes and emerging risk management practices relevant to client engagements.
Work Model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a position requires 3-4 days a week in a client office (California, United States).
